At SWAYRO, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

Note: Items with makeup stains, perfume smells, or damaged labels will not be eligible for return.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items

• Items marked "Final Sale"

• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive clothing (if applicable)

💳 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
